Brett Vriesman was born and raised in Twin Falls, Idaho. A Magic Valley guy, he helped lead Twin Falls High School to the State Basketball Championship in 2006 before heading off to play college ball. He attended Big Bend Community College for two years as a student athlete, earning his Associates in Arts and Sciences Degree. After finishing up his two years, he transferred to Montana State University Northern and earned his B.A. degree in Community Service and Liberal Studies while playing for the school basketball team.
Brett is currently the Athletic Director at the Boys & Girls Club of Magic Valley. With his experience in athletics, unique insight into the Magic Valley youth sports scene and passion for kids to be successful – both on and off the court – Brett will help the people of the Magic Valley community experience sports and fitness
on a whole new level.
Brett is married to Laura Vriesman, and enjoys playing basketball, golf, and is a Chicago Bulls Superfan.
